By this category of build in push buttons the Bowden cable leaves in a 90° angle to the way of the key of the casing. If this kind of exit is necessary depends on the transfer of the Bowden cable and on the use. By the transfer should be attended to fix the rope with a radius as little as possible, because every additional radius produces friction. The push button is available as high, half-high and flat model. The diameter of the button is Ø 24 mm. The screen is also variably available. At the moment we offer for an installation diameter of Ø 29 mm three sizes of screens. For upholstered furniture we recommend to use the screen with a diameter of Ø 39 mm, so that a higher cover of the upholsterer is given. Diameter Ø 33 mm is intended more for uses with a solid surrounding, for example in tabletops. The square screen 32x32mm is a pure design question. Of course you can also assemble the push button with the diameter Ø 39 mm in a tabletop. Who would rather like to use a smaller push button can fall back on our mini key elements. With an installation diameter of Ø 22 mm, button diameter of Ø 18 mm and a screen diameter of Ø 28 mm this key element hardly strikes. In contrast to our other push buttons this key element has a gear ratio 1:2 to rise the way of the key. All other push buttons have a gear ration 1:1.The surfaces are polished chrome. The lengths of ropes are normally available from 250 mm to 1500 mm in steps of 250 mm. Of course, special lengths are also possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
