The flat push button is one of the most often used push button. With its small flat dimensions of only 18 mm height, the flat push button can be integrated almost unobtrusively in the most applications. The size of the key was so chosen that this is two times more largely than the casing which contains the release mechanic. The complete flat push button has the formats length 90 mm, width 59 mm and height 18 mm. Only the key has the measurements of 60 mm length and 59 mm width. The key is grooved at the top to increase the grip. The design is rounded by big radius to avoid injuries. The key can be powder-coated with different colours according to RAL and more than 200 different colours are available. Certainly the number of the powder colours is analogy valid with the plastic colours. We decided to put the most used colour combinations of the key and casing, for example black/black, silver/grey, red/red and red/black on stock. The lengths of ropes are normally available from 250 mm to 1500 mm in steps of 250 mm. Of course, special lengths are also possible. The gear ratio of the flat push button is 1:1 and the maximum tractive power at the rope is 1400 gramme after deduction of the security reserves.
